Welcome to my crochet lady tutorial. This is the tutorial video for my crochet lady pattern.
To make the lady crochet applique you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona crochet cotton colors (201) Electric Blue, (404) English Tea, (106) Snow White and (110) Black. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends. A pair of scissors. Sewing thread and a needle to stitch the lady together.
The finished size will be 17cm wide x 33cm high or 7” wide x 13.25” high and it will look like this.
In the tutorial, I’ll guide you through making the blouse, belt, skirt and pleat. Then I’ll show you how to make the neck, arms, legs, head, hair, beret and shoes. Finally, I’ll show you how to join all of the pieces together.
