Welcome to my crochet koala tutorial. This is the video tutorial for my crochet koala pattern.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colors (074) Mercury, (106) Snow White, (254) Moon Rock, (515) Emerald Green and (110) Black.  A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook.  A darning needle to weave in ends.  Thread and needle to stitch the Koala together. Scissors.  Pink, Grey and Black thread for embroidery.

The size of the koala will be 14cm wide x 15cm high (5.5” wide x 5.75” high) and it will look like this.

In this tutorial I’ll show you how to make the head, ears, body, right leg, arms and left leg. Then I’ll guide you through making the nose, eye areas, mouth area, branch and leaves. Finally, I’ll show you how to join all the pieces together.
