Welcome to my crochet fishing boy tutorial. This is the video tutorial for my crochet fishing boy pattern.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton color (106) Snow White.  A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook.  A darning needle to weave in ends.  Thread and needle to stitch the boy together and a pair of scissors.

The size of the fishing boy will be 8cm wide x 13.5cm high (3” wide x 5.25” high) and it will look like this.

In the tutorial I’ll show you how to make the head and body. Then I’ll guide you through making the hat, the fishing rod and line. Finally, I’ll show you how to join all the pieces together.
