Welcome to my crochet cricket pitch tutorial. This is the video tutorial for my crochet cricket pitch pattern.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colours (404) English Tea, (106) Snow White, (179) Topaz, (115) Hot Red and (110) Black.  A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook.  A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors.  Cream thread and a needle to embroider markings on the ball.  A small amount of stuffing to stuff the ball if desired.

The size of the cricket pitch will be 12cm wide x 22cm high (4.5” wide x 8.5” high) and it will look like this.
