Welcome to my crochet bulrushes tutorial. This is the tutorial video for my crochet bulrushes pattern.
The finished size for the crochet bulrushes is 8cm wide x 10cm high or 3” wide x 3.75” high and will look like this.
To make the bulrushes you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona crochet cotton colors (515) Emerald, (162) Black Coffee and (404) English Tea. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends. A pair of scissors. Sewing thread and a needle to stitch the bulrushes together.
In the tutorial, I’ll show you how to make the leaves, stems and bulrushes. Then I’ll show you how to join the pieces together.
