Welcome to my crochet wallaby tutorial. This is the video tutorial for my crochet wallaby pattern.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colour (074) Mercury.  A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook.  A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors.  Black embroidery thread to embroider on the eye if desired.

The size of the wallaby will be 13cm wide x 8cm high (5” wide x 3” high) and will look like this.

In this video tutorial I’ll show you how to make the head and body. Then I’ll guide you through making the tail, back leg, arm and ear. Finally, I’ll show you how to embroider the eye.
