Welcome to my crochet small teddy bear tutorial. Follow along with this video tutorial to learn how to make my crochet small teddy bear pattern.
In the video tutorial, I’ll show you how to make the head, with ears, eyes, nose, mouth and a muzzle. Then I’ll show how to make the body, arms and legs. Finally I’ll guide you step by step through putting all of the pieces together.
The finished small teddy bear will be 8cm wide x 11cm high or 3” wide x 4.25” high and will look like this.
To make this teddy bear you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona crochet cotton colours (162) Black Coffee, (254) Moon Rock, ((105) Bridal White and (110) Black. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook, I use a size or 2 smaller for appliques than I would normally use for the weight yarn. Scissors, and a darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the teddy bear together.
