Welcome to this new crochet pattern where I’m going to be showing you how to make this crochet horse.
If you would like to follow along with the video tutorial it’s available on my YouTube channel at Crochet Horse Tutorial.
The full pattern is available to view on this page for free if you continue to scroll down or you can get the downloadable version in PDF format on Ravelry for $1 at Crochet Horse Pattern.
This pattern will be using US terminology. If you would like to get the UK version go to Crochet Horse Pattern (UK Version).
There are some other barnyard animals that I’ve made previously which would go well with the horse including the Cow, the Deer, the Sheep, and the Pig.

Attach the tail.
Sew the mane to the neck starting just below the horse’s left ear.

Found your applique on Pintrest. It is adorable. Going to try one tonight for my horse-loving 4-year old niece. She is sure to be delighted with this cutie on a sweatshirt.
Thank you Diane, you’re welcome. I hope that your niece likes it.
