Welcome to my crochet golden retriever tutorial. This is the video tutorial for my crochet golden retriever pattern.
For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona cotton colours (179) Topaz, (130) Old Lace, (383) Ginger Gold and (110) Black. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors. Thread and needle to stitch the Golden Retriever together. Pink and black cotton to embroider on the tongue and eyes.
The size of the golden retriever will be 11.5cm wide x 12cm high (4.5” wide x 4.75” high) and it will look like this.
In this tutorial video, I’ll show you how to make the muzzle, head, ears and nose. Then, I’ll guide you through making the body, legs, tail and blaze. Finally, I’ll show you how to put all of the pieces together.
