Crochet Raccoon Tutorial

Finished crochet raccoon 2 ply family landscape

Welcome to my crochet raccoon tutorial. Follow along with this tutorial video to learn how to make my crochet raccoon pattern.

In the tutorial, I’ll show you how to make the head, eyes, ears, and nose. I will then show you how to make the body, legs and tail. Finally, I’ll guide you through joining all of the pieces together.

The finished raccoon will be 10cm x 15.5cm or 4″ x 6″ and look like this.

And to make this raccoon you will need crochet cotton or wool, I used Scheepjes Catona crochet cotton colours (074) Mercury, (242) Metal Grey, (393) Charcoal, (106) Snow White and (110) Black.  A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook.  Scissors. Darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the raccoon together. A small clear seed bead for each eye if desired.

I hope that you have enjoyed the video. I’ve also made other tutorials that you might enjoy, including the hanging sloth tutorial, crochet meerkat, crochet beaver, crochet squirrel and crochet monkey tutorial.
