Crochet Jack Russell Tutorial

Welcome to my crochet Jack Russell tutorial. Follow along with this video tutorial to learn how to make my crochet Jack Russell pattern.

For this pattern you will need any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Catona crochet cotton colours (105) Bridal White, (106) Snow White, (383) Ginger Gold, (110) Black and (162) Black Coffee. A crochet hook, I used a 2.5mm hook. A darning needle to weave in ends and a pair of scissors. Sewing thread and a needle to stitch the Jack Russell together. 2 black beads for the eyes. White fabric paint or white cotton for the dot in the middle of the beads if desired.

The finished applique will be 14cm wide x 12.5cm high or 5.5” wide x 4.75” high and will look like this.

In the video, I will show you how to make the muzzle, head, ears and nose. Then I will show you how to make the body, legs and feet, tail and body markings. Finally, I will show you how to connect all the parts together.
