Crochet Fox Scarf Pattern

Welcome to my crochet fox scarf pattern.  This is what the finished scarf will look like.

Abbreviations

Materials Used

 

The scarf is made using my recent Eva Scarf pattern and the foxes are from my baby fox pattern.

Leaves

I made 21 leaves in autumn colours.

Leaf

Using desired colour work 9 ch.

 

Work 1 sl st in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in next st, 1 hdc in following st, 1 dc in each of next 3 sts, 1 hdc in following st, 1 sl st in last st, 2 ch, 1 sl st in same st as last sl st, working into the back loop of the ch work 1 hdc in next st, 1 dc in each of following 3 sts, 1 hdc in next st, 1 sc in following st, sl st in last st.  Fasten off.

To Make Up

Weave in ends. Attach a fox to the right side towards the bottom of each end of the scarf with the top of the foxes pointing towards the middle of the scarf. (I have a video and article attaching appliqués to a crochet item).

Attach the leaves to the scarf.
