Welcome to my crochet beaver tutorial video. Follow along with this tutorial video and learn how to make my crochet beaver pattern.
First I’ll show you how to make the head and body. Then I’ll guide you through making the tail, ears and legs. Finally, I’ll show you how to join all of the pieces together.
The finished beaver applique will be 15cm x 8cm (6” x 3”) and will look like this.
For the tutorial, you will need crochet cotton or wool, I used brown 4 ply crochet cotton. A crochet hook, I used a 1.5mm hook. Some scissors and a darning needle to weave in ends. Sewing thread and needle to stitch the beaver together. Black thread to embroider on eyes, nose and markings.
